Refund Policy

2026 MMGA REFUND POLICY

All Cancellation / Refund requests must be in writing mailed to

DeSoto County Extension Office, DeSoto County Master Gardener, Attn: Tom Eubank, 1170 Star Landing Road W, Nesbit, MS 38651 or via email to DesotoMG@gmail.com

  •  Each request received prior to March 31, 2026 will be refunded in full, less $35.00 processing fee.

  • Each request received between April 1 and April 13, 2026 will be refunded at 50%.

  • No refund will be granted after April 13, 2026, except emergency situations, as determined by the Conference Co-chairs.

  • Merchandise purchased is non-refundable, please specify someone from your county to pick up any items you purchased.

  • Fees for extra dinner tickets are non-refundable.

All approved refunds will be via check to the purchasers name.
